K2K-Krekshino logistics park

Moscow

K2K Krekshino is one of the largest logistics parks in Russia (can be potentially expanded up to 300,000 m²). It was commissioned in 2005.

PROJECT SPECIFICATION

GBA
200 000 m²

In August 2006, after commissioning the second stage of the park, the operational area became approximately 80,000 m2. In 2007–2008, several new buildings were constructed. Currently the total space of the complex exceeds 200,000 m2.

The park was designed to ensure optimal cost balance in the storage and transportation system. This class-A warehouse complex meets all expert requirements: a new building, modern utility systems, automated warehouse management system, 24-hour video surveillance and security.

The 200,000 m2 logistics park is located 20 km from the Moscow Ring Road on a 65 ha plot and has convenient access roads from Kievskoye and Minskoye motorways.

Thanks to the reconstruction of Kievskoye motorway running along the logistics park, it now takes about 15–20 minutes to reach the park from the Moscow Ring Road. Closeness to Vnukovo Airport, railway connections, largest international thoroughfares (Minskoye and Kievskoye motorways) make the constructed park highly promising and important in processing and distribution of flows of goods both for the Moscow oblast' and for the rest of Russia.
